Microneedling
Microneedling – Results you can count on
Generate new collagen and skin tissue for smoother, firmer, more toned skin.
Microneedling can be used on your face and body.
Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure used to increase your body’s production of collagen by creating tiny channels along the treatment area through the use of a device with very fine needles. The channels created are superficial and very small.
As your body begins to “heal” the channels created in the treatment area, your collagen production is boosted, which results in a rejuvenated appearance. This cosmetic procedure has been around for years and is commonly used to treat acne scars, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and treat stretch marks on the body.
Activate your body’s natural cellular regeneration to tighten, correct skin imperfections, and rejuvenate your skin – all with a minimally invasive procedure.

Microneedling can be combined or performed in conjunction with other treatments to boost its effect. Patients, on average, experience redness and should avoid the sun until they completely heal. The redness is usually very mild and goes away within 24 hours but can last longer depending on your treatment. Most patients make a full recovery within a few days. Swelling and sensitivity are common side effects some patients may experience while healing, but these side effects are only temporary.
Every microneedling treatment is personalized to you. Your aesthetician will let you know how many treatments they recommend, but on average, you can expect to undergo 3 to 5 treatments to achieve the most common beauty goals people request with microneedling.
Common uses for microneedling on the face and skin include:

- Improving the appearance of acne scars and other scars
- Tightening/ firming the skin
