Complimentary consultations and all treatment appointments

Complimentary consultations are limited to 30 minutes annually. If more time is needed, the front desk will schedule an office visit.

• All appointments require a credit card to complete your booking
• We kindly request appointments a 24-hour cancellation/change notice
• Appointments cancelled/changed less than 24 hours subject to $50 fee
• No-show appointments will be charged a $50 fee

Packages (eg, microneedling package and facial club packages)

• No-show appointments forfeit their package payments and/or dues for that appointments’ treatment and time.

Please call BeWell at (954)-530-5203 if you are running late. Appointments more than 15 minutes late are subject to rescheduling, per provider and management discretion.
